ICNIM2018에는 전 세계 25개국, 약 450여 명의 관계자, 연구자가 참가했습니다. AHCC를 필두로 아미노업화학의 기능성 원료를 가지고 다양한 질병, 증상에 적용하여 기능을 연구하여, ICNIM2018에서는 다양한 연구성과들이 발표되었습니다.
이번 학회를 대표하는 기조연설은, 와세다 대학의 시바타 시게노부교수의 “체내시계에서 본 음식과 건강”발표를 시작으로 각국 참가자들의 연구가 구두발표, 논문 발표, 포스터 발표, 토론 등 다양한 형태로 AHCC 연구성과와 연구정보가 발표되었습니다.AHCC는 30여 년간 면역력 증진에 사용되어온 기능성 성분으로서 그 안전성과 기능성을 인정받았으며, 여러 분야에 접목이 가능한 기대 가치를 가진 성분입니다. ㈜ KCFKOREA는 AHCC 원료의 한국 총판입니다.
